The Board
Last June the Board asked Herriman to connect with an arborist to help develop an overall Tree Maintenance Plan. The goal of this plan was to provide the Board with a roadmap to help manage, within our existing budget, this important asset to our community.
The scope of the work included:
· Review all common areas within the perimeter of the Woodside Village Condo Association
· Assess health of the tree population
· Tree trimming strategies (i.e.: schedule of tree trimming)
· Disease control recommendations
· Create a plan of maintenance to existing trees that promotes the health and longevity of the tree population.
We are currently in the first stage. The arborist already earmarked a set of trees that were dead, dying or were due special maintenance. You may have already noticed that Bedard Tree Service has been hard at work fixing these problems.
Once this stage is complete, the Board will again reassess the tree situation and ask the tree arborist to make further recommendations for the next set of trees, These stages progress based on our budget,
If there are specific questions or concerns about any trees that may have been marked for maintenance please feel free to contact Herriman Associates (734-459-5400) with your feedback, concerns or comments.

Dear Members of the Woodside Village Home-Owners Association:
We wanted to introduce ourselves to you as we will be developing the two properties just south of your neighborhood. These combined properties are approximately 11-acres and are located at 15709 and 15765 Haggerty Road. Currently, two vacant homes sit on these properties.
On Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 7:00 PM, we have scheduled an informal informational meeting with your home-owners association (HOA) at the Northville Township Hall to share the details of our project and answer any questions you may have about our proposal. To date, we have held a conceptual meeting with the Northville Township’s Planning Commission and your HOA to discuss the project and listen to their feedback. We have made several adjustments to our plan based on their recommendations.
We look forward to meeting with you at the Township Hall on January 23 at 7:00 PM to discuss our development. We wish you the best during this holiday season.
Sincerely,
Steve and Spencer Schafer
