ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINE AMENDMENT
The residents of Woodside Village want their neighborhood to be maintained as a premiere community within Northville Township. To accomplish this, the Architectural Committee must occasionally update the guidelines to conform to changing times and trends. Q: The lantern on our lamp post is damaged. What should we look for when replacing?
A: Replacements should be of comparable style, size and color to maintain curbside uniformity throughout the neighborhood. Our current lantern style is approximately 24” tall, 15” wide with 6 clear glass sides and 4 candelabra bulbs.
Here are examples to visually demonstrate possible options available. We haven’t researched the quality/reviews of these specific lights or the sites that sell them. Please feel free to expand your search and be sure to submit request for approval.
